This role sits within our Strategic Key Accounts team in New York. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will act as a quarterback across product development, commercial strategy, and project execution. You will drive measurable growth, expand product adoption, and build durable executive relationships across a complex, fast-moving account.
This is a high-impact, high-trust, high-visibility role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, uses AI as a force multiplier, and brings the organization, commercial acumen, and technical fluency required to keep multiple workstreams moving with precision while helping Rokt deepen its foothold across the full Transaction Moment™. You will own day-to-day strategic account management, act as the central coordinator for internal and external stakeholders, and lead account planning through disciplined use of Mutual Action Plans, Joint Business Plans, and QBRs.
