A growing and innovative engineering firm is seeking a Lead Stormwater Engineer to join their Indianapolis team. This role is pivotal in driving the planning and design of complex stormwater systems and facilities, ensuring high-quality project delivery while fostering the growth of junior staff.
As a leader within the team, you will manage staffing assignments, oversee task-specific scope, schedule, and budget, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and public agencies. The position offers the opportunity to mentor junior engineers and contribute to business development efforts.

Nice to Have
MS in Civil Engineering or Water Resources Engineering. Experience working with Departments of Transportation, local municipalities, and local, state and federal regulatory agencies. Experience working with Stormwater specific agencies. Familiarity with GIS. Stormwater master planning.
