We are looking for a Store Supervisor to join our team in a casual environment that offers a better work/life balance. This full-time, benefits-eligible role supports all aspects of store operations and ensures customers receive excellent service and quality. Our stores are open Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and we are closed on Sundays.
About the Role
As a Store Supervisor, you will assume operational control of the store and support the Manager in driving success. You will be the face of our brand, coaching associates using established processes like Huddles and Observation checklists to ensure high standards in both the front and back of the house. Your day will involve managing labor and staffing based on business demands, monitoring production and sales efficiencies, and leading merchandising transitions from promotion to promotion.
You will also handle customer complaints with a focus on 100% satisfaction, participate in catering and gifting sales fulfillment, and ensure strict adherence to sanitation procedures and FIFO product rotation. This role requires physical dexterity and mobility, including the ability to work with a hot torch, bend, stoop, stand for long periods, and lift products up to 65 lbs.

Requirements
