We are seeking an independent, task-oriented individual to join our security team in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will be instrumental in creating a positive shopping and working environment by prioritizing safety and analyzing trends to maximize sales while minimizing loss. Your day will involve monitoring store activity, coordinating CCTV systems, and responding to emergency situations with sound judgment and composure. You will also build strong relationships with community partners, emergency responders, and store leadership to ensure a secure and welcoming atmosphere for everyone.

Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field. Related experience in security and/or loss prevention. Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or First Responder background. Leadership experience, preferably in a retail setting.
