Our security specialists play a critical role in communicating between the Asset Protection team and the store leadership group, fostering a collaborative relationship with community partners and emergency responders.
We are seeking an independent, task-oriented individual who can build strong relationships throughout the store while keeping customer service top of mind. In this role, you will prioritize safety to create a positive shopping and working environment. You will analyze trends and data to implement strategies that maximize sales and minimize loss due to theft. Your day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring activity to prevent loss, coordinating CCTV systems, and responding to emergency situations with sound judgment and composure.
