About the Role
The Project Specialist Flex role is a project-oriented position dedicated to ensuring Anderson Merchandisers' standards are upheld to meet client demands for intricate store remodels and special projects. You will manage substantial store product and fixture reconfigurations while fulfilling various client-requested merchandising tasks. Reporting to the Project Team Supervisor and Project Team Manager, this role is essential for executing complex store layouts and maintaining visual standards.
This full-time position is primarily project-based. Most projects involve working overnight and on weekends, though daytime shifts may be necessary on occasion. The specific shift requirements for a given project will be detailed in the job title. This role offers the potential to transfer to another project or position upon project completion.
