About the Role

The Project Specialist Flex role is a project-oriented position dedicated to ensuring Anderson Merchandisers' standards are upheld to meet client demands for intricate store remodels and special projects. This position involves managing substantial store product and fixture reconfigurations and fulfilling various client-requested merchandising tasks.

As a Project Specialist, you will report to the Project Team Supervisor and Project Team Manager. This full-time position is designed for those who thrive in a dynamic setting, offering weekly pay, paid on-the-job training, and the potential to transfer to another project or position upon completion.

Day in the Life

This role is primarily project-based. Most projects involve working overnight and on weekends, though daytime shifts may be necessary on occasion. You will be responsible for building new sales floor fixtures, uninstalling existing ones, and moving both basic and complex fixtures. Your day may also include installing basic electronic equipment (without programming), detailing modular and counter setups, and relocating excess merchandise as designated by store management. The work requires the use of basic hand tools and cordless drills, alongside various merchandising tasks and audits.
