About the Role
We have an immediate opening for a Store Sales Manager at our Las Vegas North Premium Outlets location. In this role, you will ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and meets our visual merchandising standards, recognizing that the store's appearance is essential to drawing customers in. You will love exceeding sales goals while developing your team, understanding that selecting the right people, training, and challenging your staff directly contributes to the store's success. Your mission is to create a fun and exciting environment for both work and shopping, ensuring a positive customer experience that reflects consistent, superior service.
