About the Role

In this role, you will serve as a true brand ambassador, leveraging your connections to engage with high-profile clientele and drive financial performance. You will implement and manage the boutique's client outreach program, monitor local market trends and competitors, and execute a strategic business plan utilizing cross-functional partners and marketing opportunities. Your day-to-day involves motivating your team through goal setting, accountability, and celebrating successes, while effectively managing all HR functions to ensure operational excellence in store processes.

Compensation

In compliance with certain Pay Transparency laws, employers are required to disclose a salary range. The salary for this position will vary based on role requirements, skill set, and years of experience. The compensation range for this role is $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 USD.
