As a Store Manager for Store #1413 in Spokane Valley, Washington, you will be involved in all phases of the operation. Your day-to-day will include leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, and supervising onsite projects. You will serve as the primary communicator with the home office team and maintain strong relationships with tenants.
You will contribute to a successful property by running an organized office, engaging positively with customers, and earnestly following up on leads. A key part of your mission is maintaining existing business relationships with clients and vendors while communicating clearly with the entire management team. You will also be responsible for keeping the facility rented at optimum levels and preparing units for auction or vacating them as prescribed by law and approved by management.
