Store Manager

About the Role

The Store Manager at Spencer's is responsible for establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services while overseeing the complete operation of the store. This role ensures maximum sales and profitability by strategically controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and leading human resources efforts. The Store Manager is also accountable for all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for in excess of 8 hours, including standing, walking, and climbing ladders. The role also involves lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
