Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Store Manager to lead operations across a diverse portfolio of artist and label stores. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with some of the most successful artists and entertainment companies in the world while engaging with emerging digital music and entertainment technologies. The position is designed for a self-starter who can submit innovative ideas and processes to drive the company's future growth.
As the manager, you will ensure best-in-class e-commerce services are regularly achieved and maintained. You will oversee the holistic wellbeing of up to 50+ client stores, managing day-to-day operations, new store launches, and product activations. The role requires a blend of creative merchandising and technical oversight to optimize customer experiences and maximize revenue.
This is a hybrid contract opportunity based in Philadelphia, PA, with a duration of 6+ months and high potential for extension. The role demands flexibility, requiring availability outside standard business hours, including up to one weekend per month on call. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where shifting priorities are common, and the ability to juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines is essential.
Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, tech, creative) and external partners (logistics, vendors, labels). Success in this role relies on maintaining positive working relationships and effectively troubleshooting backend and frontend issues as they arise.
