About the Role

As a Store Facilities Team Member, you will be the backbone of Fleet Farm's property operations. Your primary mission is to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and welcoming for both customers and colleagues. You will perform general maintenance functions throughout the property, from basic equipment repairs to managing seasonal weather challenges.
Your day will involve a mix of proactive inspections and responsive repairs. You might start by checking the car wash systems for soap levels and nozzle flows, then move on to clearing snow and ice from entries or fixing potholes in the parking lot. You will also maintain the interior and exterior appearance of the store, ensuring walkways are clear, lights are working, and public areas like restrooms and service zones are spotless. When a repair requires specialized expertise, you will be responsible for submitting the necessary work orders to keep operations running smoothly.
