The Manager, Stadium Operations is pivotal in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of San Manuel Stadium. This multifaceted role involves overseeing daily operations, managing part-time staff, and maintaining high standards for stadium cleanliness and asset management. You will work closely with the Director, Stadium Operations to coordinate and support the overall functionality and maintenance of the stadium facilities across baseball, non-baseball, and offseason timelines.
Your day-to-day impact includes coordinating service providers, managing preventative maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting facility issues. You will supervise part-time employees across parking, security, janitorial, and medical teams, ensuring all cleaning operations exceed standards. Additionally, you will oversee the inventory of operational assets and manage building automation systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, to ensure optimal functioning throughout the season.

Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) and automation systems. OSHA training and First Aid/AED/CPR experience. Forklift and lift equipment certifications/experience.
