As a Store Designer, you will contribute to the success of our valued partners by supporting the store development process across multiple brands. You will provide thoughtful design solutions and ensure the timely delivery of projects to internal and external business partners. Your work will focus on maintaining high-quality fixture plans in strict adherence to organizational design, drafting, and CAD standards.
Reporting to the Planning Resource Lead & Format Spec II, you will collaborate with internal departments such as Store Planning, Construction, Décor & Signage, and Equipment Purchasing, as well as client architectural and engineering consultants. A key part of your day involves presenting completed plans to project and leadership teams, managing time to meet client timelines, and supporting business partners in developing space and planning analyses. You will also track changes, issue revisions, and maintain libraries of projects, which may include conducting field surveys to incorporate site conditions into existing plans.

3-5 years of related experience. Familiarity with Adobe, BlueBeam, Sketch-Up, and Smartsheet. CSSP (Certified Supermarket Store Planner) certification.
