About the Role
As a Store Designer, you will contribute to the success of our valued partners by supporting the store development process across multiple brands. You will provide thoughtful design solutions and ensure timely delivery of projects to internal and external business partners. This role is dedicated to maintaining high-quality fixture plans in strict adherence to organizational design, drafting, and CAD standards.
You will collaborate with internal departments such as Store Planning, Construction, Décor & Signage, and Equipment Purchasing, as well as external client consultants. Your day-to-day involves developing design solutions using AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft programs, preparing fixture plans for partner review, and managing project timelines. You will also support space and planning analysis, track changes, issue revisions, and maintain comprehensive drawing and equipment libraries. This position reports to the Planning Resource Lead & Format Spec II.

Location & Logistics
Candidates must be able to commute to Scarborough, ME at least 3 times a week. The role may require travel up to 25% of the time.
