About the Role
This position supports the daily operations of a Circle K store located at 32 Houlton Rd, Baileyville, Maine. The role is designed to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers while ensuring product areas are stocked, fresh, and attractively displayed. Team members play a vital part in maximizing sales and profitability by adhering to company guidelines for merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve a mix of hands-on merchandising, facility maintenance, and customer interaction. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, verifying invoices, and stocking merchandise according to store schematics. This includes assembling displays, dating products, and ensuring accurate pricing.
Beyond the shelves, you will maintain the store's condition by cleaning floors, windows, and restrooms, as well as inspecting equipment like coffee machines and refrigeration units. You will also interact directly with customers, greeting them upon entry, resolving routine concerns, and providing courteous service. The role requires flexibility to work irregular hours, attend meetings, and perform tasks both indoors and outdoors, such as cleaning parking lots or taking out garbage.

Requirements
