About the Role

Are you an experienced Sterile Processing professional looking to transition from daily tray assembly to a role focused on leadership and problem-solving? We are hiring for a dedicated Hospital-Based Account Specialist position in Plano, TX, designed for those ready to step out of shift work and into a role with greater ownership, visibility, and long-term growth.

This is a hands-on, clinical position where you will act as the on-site expert for a single dedicated hospital account. Rather than bouncing between facilities or working weekends and holidays, you will focus on improving workflows, supporting teams, and ensuring the Operating Room runs smoothly. This role offers a clear pathway into the medical device industry for those who want to make a tangible impact in a stable, full-time environment.

Day in the Life

In this role, you will partner daily with Sterile Processing Department (SPD) and Operating Room leadership to ensure tray readiness and case support. Your focus will shift from assembly to optimization: auditing trays, instrumentation, and workflows to identify and fix inefficiencies before they impact surgical cases. You will lead hands-on training and in-services, support process improvement initiatives, and serve as the hospital's go-to sterile processing expert.
