About the Role
As a Delivery Driver, you will operate out of our Troutdale, OR terminal to service specific routes in the Vancouver and Ridgefield, WA areas. Your workday begins and ends at the terminal, where you will help load and organize packages before heading out to safely deliver them within a 45-mile radius. As you become familiar with your route, your job will become more efficient, and your workdays may shorten.
We are looking for a safe, reliable, hard-working team player with a "can-do" personality and a great attitude. If you are physically fit and eager to learn how to drive larger step vans, you will feel right at home with our team. We value a culture where we work hard and have fun together.
Compensation & Culture
We offer a starting rate of $21+ per hour, with opportunities to earn over $25/hr. through daily stop bonuses and early completion incentives. If you finish your daily route early, you return to the terminal and are paid for the entire day. We treat our employees with respect and are dedicated to building a team that feels like family.
