About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers to join our team. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with early morning shifts, allowing drivers to return home daily. The role focuses on local routes with an average of 1,800 to 2,000 miles per week.
Drivers will operate meticulously maintained Freightliner trucks. The position is designed for those who prefer a 'no touch' environment, with 99% of loads being drop-and-hook. There is significant room for advancement within the organization for those who excel.
Compensation and Benefits
Drivers can expect a weekly average earning potential between $1,300 and $1,600. Additional incentives include a $50 weekly Pro Pay bonus, quarterly and annual safety bonuses, and an incentive and recognition program. The company also provides a cell phone allowance and supplies company-branded clothing plus Red Wing boots.
Comprehensive benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holiday Time, and a 401k plan with company matching. An Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) is also available. Drivers who perform well may qualify for the Elite Driver Program Awards.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and have at least one year of safe commercial driving experience. All applicants must be able to pass a DOT Physical and a drug screen.
