About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to haul high-quality miles, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and reliable ride. The position is designed for those who value flexibility, offering flexible home time options.
Compensation and Benefits
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, features a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem and $69 per day in additional per diem pay. We offer paid orientation, paid unloading, and compensation for layovers, detention, and drop/pickup services.
Beyond earnings, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy fully paid by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match. Our fleet is pet and passenger friendly, allowing drivers to bring their families and companions on the road.
Hiring Process
