The Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer division. This role offers the opportunity to drive on great miles with a specific focus on routes that exclude the East Coast and New York City. Drivers will operate new tractors and trailers, ensuring a comfortable and reliable experience on the road.
Compensation and Benefits
Effective February 27, 2026, we have updated our pay package for incoming drivers. New hires will start at 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. The compensation package includes:
- Per Diem: $80 per day
- Daily Pay: $69 per day
- Additional Pay: Paid unloading, layover, detention, and drop/pickup pay
- Paid Orientation
Drivers also enjoy flexible home time and a pet/passenger-friendly policy. Full benefits are available, including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
Hiring Process
