The STEM Admissions Counselor serves as a vital bridge between Ripon College and prospective students passionate about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. This role is designed to foster deep interest and engagement in STEM fields, ensuring that talented candidates understand the unique value of a residential liberal arts education within these disciplines.
You will act as a strategic partner to STEM faculty, working to create a cohesive recruitment process that aligns with the college's mission. Beyond traditional recruitment, you will guide students and families through the complexities of the application process, offering counsel on college costs, financial aid, and scholarship opportunities. Whether through virtual engagement, in-person meetings, or extensive travel to strategic high schools and college fairs, you will represent Ripon College with enthusiasm and professionalism. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in assessing the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives, utilizing data to drive continuous improvement and strategic planning.
