As a State Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will join a team dedicated to administering the Company's State Regulatory Compliance Program. Working closely with the State Regulatory Compliance Officer (SRCO) and ethics & compliance staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the appropriate implementation of legislative and regulatory edicts. Your work will involve supporting the SRCO with validation activities, conducting research on various state regulatory topics, and assisting in drafting the policies, procedures, and tools that drive our compliance efforts.
In this role, you will monitor compliance enforcement activities in assigned regions, maintain tracking data in various databases, and prepare summary reports of all results. You will also support the operation of the vendor compliance program, ensuring that our operations remain aligned with the highest standards of integrity and regulatory adherence.
This position is based at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL, where you will collaborate with a team of exceptional individuals committed to the greater good of our patients.
