About the Role
The State Regulatory Compliance Analyst plays a vital role in administering the Company's State Regulatory Compliance Program. Working closely with the State Regulatory Compliance Officer (SRCO) and ethics & compliance staff, you will support validation activities to ensure the appropriate implementation of legislative and regulatory edicts. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our compliance framework across assigned regions.
In this role, you will assist with research projects on a variety of state regulatory topics and help draft the policies, procedures, and tools that support our compliance activities. You will monitor compliance enforcement activities, routinely update tracking data in various databases, and prepare summary reports of all results. Additionally, you will perform duties to support the operation of the vendor compliance program, ensuring our operations align with the highest standards of care and regulation.
