About the Role
The State Regulatory Compliance Analyst is a pivotal role designed to support the Company's State Regulatory Compliance Program. Working closely with the State Regulatory Compliance Officer (SRCO) and ethics & compliance staff, you will play a key part in administering compliance initiatives and ensuring the appropriate implementation of legislative and regulatory edicts.
In this position, you will assist with research projects on various state regulatory topics and help draft the policies, procedures, and tools necessary to support related compliance activities. You will monitor compliance enforcement activities in assigned regions, maintain tracking data in various databases, and prepare summary reports of all results. Additionally, you will perform duties to support the operation of the vendor compliance program, ensuring our organization remains aligned with evolving legal and regulatory landscapes.
