As a State Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will join a team dedicated to administering the Company's State Regulatory Compliance Program. Working closely with the State Regulatory Compliance Officer (SRCO) and ethics & compliance staff, your primary focus will be supporting validation activities to ensure the appropriate implementation of legislative and regulatory edicts.
In this role, you will assist with research projects on various state regulatory topics and help draft the policies, procedures, and tools necessary to support compliance activities. You will monitor compliance enforcement activities in assigned regions, maintain tracking data in various databases, and prepare summary reports of all results. Additionally, you will perform duties to support the operation of the vendor compliance program, ensuring our organization remains aligned with evolving legal and regulatory landscapes.
This position is based at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL. Candidates must be willing to work onsite from this location.
