About the Role
As a State Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will join a team that is a trusted leader in post-acute care. You will work closely with the State Regulatory Compliance Officer (SRCO) and ethics & compliance staff to administer the Company's State Regulatory Compliance Program. Your role is vital in supporting the SRCO with validation activities to ensure the appropriate implementation of legislative and regulatory edicts.
In this position, you will assist with research projects on various state regulatory topics and help draft policies, procedures, and tools to support related compliance activities. You will monitor compliance enforcement activities in assigned regions, maintain tracking data in various databases, and prepare summary reports of all results. Additionally, you will perform duties to support the operation of the vendor compliance program, ensuring our organization remains compliant with all applicable regulations.

This position is based at our Home Office in Birmingham, AL.
