Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in conducting compliance validation and monitoring activities to ensure regulatory implementation
- check_circleMonitor compliance enforcement activities in assigned regions and maintain tracking data in databases
- check_circleConduct research on state regulatory topics and navigate state statutes and regulations
- check_circleManage invoices, check requests, and expense reports related to the position
- check_circleMaintain electronic and paper documentation regarding compliance research, guidance, and policies
- check_circleDraft policies, procedures, and tools to support state regulatory compliance activities
- check_circleDetect potential compliance issues from legal and regulatory changes and notify appropriate personnel
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or equivalent
