The STAGES School Psychologist provides essential psychological services to students across multiple schools, operating as an Independent Consultant (1099). This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a flexible, remote environment while maintaining high standards of care. You will serve students in various states, conducting evaluations, generating reports, and delivering educational recommendations to support student success.
In this position, you will partner with IEP teams, student support teams, and families to determine eligibility and identify current needs. Your day-to-day involves administering academic and psycho-educational assessments, leading eligibility meetings, and providing engaging therapy experiences. You will also monitor student progress toward IEP goals, document interventions, and maintain compliance with state and district regulations.
This is a fully remote, independent consultant role open to residents of all 50 states and D.C. You will maintain a professional home office and work typically during school hours (9-5) or as defined by the specific school and time zone. The role requires the ability to work independently, adapt to changing legislative issues, and embrace new technologies and teaching platforms.
