The STAGES School Psychologist provides essential psychological services to students across multiple schools, operating as an Independent Consultant (1099). This role is designed for professionals who thrive in a flexible, multi-state environment, serving students in various districts while maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
You will partner with IEP teams, student support teams, and families to evaluate student needs, conduct assessments, and deliver engaging therapy experiences. The position requires a deep commitment to personalized learning and a belief in every student's ability to succeed. You will play a pivotal role in establishing positive rapport with families and learning coaches, ensuring timely communication and effective intervention strategies.
As a remote practitioner, you will manage your own professional home office, typically working within standard business hours (9-5) or as defined by your specific school and time zone. This role offers the opportunity to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive network of administrators and colleagues through regular coaching and collaborative planning.
