Key Responsibilities
- check_circleExecute recruiting, order fulfillment, and service operations to meet 100% on-time order fulfillment
- check_circleInterview applicants in a legal, timely manner and make hiring decisions regarding employment
- check_circleAdminister pre-employment tests and enter results according to standard operating procedures
- check_circleEnsure completion of all pre-employment paperwork and review to ensure accuracy and compliance
- check_circleMake outbound sales calls to proactively skill market candidates to current and prospective customers
- check_circleMake quality control calls to clients and associates to maintain an open channel for customer feedback
- check_circleCommunicate regularly with sales staff concerning order status and client satisfaction
- check_circleCounsel, discipline, and terminate temporary associates when appropriate and document accordingly
Requirements
- verifiedBilingual: fluent in Spanish and English
- verifiedExperience in a customer service role preferred
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office suite
