About the Role
The On-Site Specialist supports the overall success and improvement of the client's On-Site program. You will exercise independent judgment and discretion in effectively guiding the activities of all associates to ensure job performance goals are met or exceeded. This includes coaching, counseling, and addressing performance issues when appropriate.
A key part of your day involves creating a strong bond with all temporary associates, reinforcing the employer-associate relationship and their commitment to the client. You will walk the floor throughout the day, engaging with supervisors and associates, observing interactions, addressing safety issues, and assessing production demands. You will also conduct new hire orientations to ensure all associates are aware of applicable company policies and safety issues before starting.
