About the Role
We are seeking a driven Staffing Specialist/Recruiter to join our Corpus Christi branch. This unique position blends recruiting, dispatching, customer service, and outside sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying busy, and contributing directly to branch growth.
Working closely with the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring job orders are filled efficiently and compliantly. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, offering a mix of office, phone, and field work. You will have a direct impact on branch success and customer satisfaction while enjoying opportunities for growth in a fast-paced environment.
