About the Role

Join us if your passion is to work in a caring environment and you believe that learning is a life-long process. In this role, you will provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings. You will be accountable for the practice of nursing as defined by the Ohio Board of Nursing, delegating tasks to licensed practical nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel in accordance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.

Your day will involve assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for assigned patients. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will actively participate in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality and customer satisfaction.
