This position ensures the delivery of evidence-based practice by professional nursing personnel and other staff in designated areas of responsibility. The Clinical Nurse Manager plans, organizes, directs, and evaluates the unit's delivery of patient care in a cost-effective manner, providing leadership and clinical management to members of the healthcare team.
You will participate in the integration of the Nursing Philosophy along with the mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives of OhioHealth into unit operations. In this role, you will serve as a patient safety coach and a resource to guide patient care delivery, ensuring a safe environment and fostering collaborative clinical management practices across interdisciplinary teams.
