About the Role

This position serves as a vital operational leader within the Surgery Main department, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practice by professional nursing personnel. The role is designed to bridge the gap between organizational mission and daily clinical reality. You will operationalize the Nursing Philosophy alongside the mission, vision, values, and goals of OhioHealth, acting as a steward for both administrative and fiscal management.

In this capacity, you will guide the unit through the four quadrants of the balanced scorecard, contributing significantly to the overall strategic objectives of the organization. You will foster a culture of continuous quality improvement, utilizing data to drive decisions and ensuring a safe environment for both patients and staff.
