About the Role

This position serves as a Clinical Nurse Manager within the Cardiac Cath Lab, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practice by professional nursing personnel. You will plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the unit's delivery of patient care in a cost-effective manner, providing leadership and clinical management to the healthcare team.

You will participate in the integration of the Nursing Philosophy along with the mission, vision, values, goals, and objectives of OhioHealth into unit operations.
