About the Role

First Choice Hospice, part of the Jet Health family, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to care for community-based patients enrolled in our hospice program. This role is based in Mountain Home, ID, and surrounding areas, with travel to Boise, Idaho, as part of the broader network.

In this position, you will be the compassionate face of hospice care, making home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Your day will involve following designated care plans, performing client assessments, and executing doctors' orders. You will administer medications, provide wound care, and perform necessary treatments while monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. A key part of your role involves case management, coordination, and accurately documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art touch pad tablets.
