About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Director for our Emergency Department to lead and manage critical nursing operations on a 24-hour basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient delivery of emergency care, serving as the bridge between clinical excellence and strategic departmental management.

As the Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and directing resources across one to two departments. Your day-to-day impact will involve overseeing budget responsibilities, optimizing resource utilization, and driving performance improvement initiatives to achieve the highest quality outcomes. You will play a key role in recruiting and managing staff, maintaining positive working relationships with System departments and managers, and ensuring the availability and maintenance of essential equipment.

This is an ongoing, full-time Staff position (36 hours per week) with 12-hour shifts. The role offers the opportunity to make a tangible difference in patient care while leading a team through the dynamic challenges of the emergency setting.
