In this role, you will assess patient nursing care needs and integrate nursing theory and research into clinical practice. You will provide leadership to members of the nursing team to maintain patient care standards, serving as a vital link between the patient, family, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Your work will involve developing comprehensive care plans, coordinating the continuum of care, and acting as a patient advocate to ensure positive patient and customer relations.
Qualified candidates are eligible for a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 (based on years of experience).
