As an integral member of the team at The Orthopaedic & Spine Hospital (TOSH), you will be dedicated to ensuring the safety and quick recovery of our patients. Inpatient nurses at UAMS Health define their practice through attention to nursing excellence and outstanding patient care. You will be driven by expertise, compassion, and a dedication to evidence-based practice, operating at a higher level of practice to provide the best care possible.
In this role, you will provide direct patient care, coordinate care for patients, and triage as needed. You will work collaboratively with clinic providers, fellows, and staff to develop and implement individual health plans for patients and their families. Your work will involve effectively engaging with patient referral sources, facilitating appointments, coordinating transitions of care, and providing patient education on complex conditions.
