About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care Float Pool. This is a full-time position working the night shift, with varying days from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.
As a Float Pool nurse, you will serve as a vital clinical resource and mentor within a dynamic environment. Your day will involve performing comprehensive patient health assessments by interpreting complex data sets and formulating individualized plans of care. You will advocate for patients' rights, support families through the healthcare continuum, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires the ability to anticipate ethical, spiritual, and cultural needs while acting as a leader to resolve issues and coordinate transition planning.
