About the Role
As a Staff Human Resources / Organizational Development Specialist, you will serve as a senior advisor and business partner to leadership, navigating complex HR initiatives across multiple functional areas. This role is designed for a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations.
In this position, you will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs that directly impact organizational performance. Your day-to-day involves advising management on policy and workforce issues, conducting job analysis and compensation benchmarking, and managing critical projects that shape the company's culture and operational success. You will be the go-to expert for regulatory compliance, grievance processes, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring that TalentWise LLC remains a leader in public sector HR excellence.
