About the Role
The Virtual Design & Data Solutions (VDDS) Staff Engineering Technician supports civil site development by producing and modifying engineering drawings and models under general supervision. This role applies foundational civil engineering principles to develop accurate, high-quality deliverables using tools such as Autodesk Civil 3D, helping ensure site designs are functional and aligned with mission-critical goals.
In this capacity, you will function as a project engineering technician, supporting engineering and design teams by developing and modifying technical deliverables. You will utilize digital tools and design software to create, modify, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and project deliverables. The role involves providing technical guidance to ensure quality and consistency across project outputs, while proactively seeking and sharing knowledge of the latest technologies and processes.
Location & Requirements
This is an onsite role requiring 5 days per week at one of the following locations: Overland Park, KS; Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; or Denver, CO. Local candidates only are eligible for this position; please specify your desired office location in your candidate summary. A U.S. Federal Citizenship is required for this position.
