About the Role
As a Staff Development Coordinator (RN) with Infection Prevention experience, you will serve as a vital link between education, quality care, and regulatory compliance. This role is designed for a motivated nurse passionate about elevating staff competency and maintaining rigorous infection prevention standards.
In this position, you will plan and direct comprehensive education programs while overseeing the facility's infection control initiatives. Your day-to-day involves validating nursing staff competencies, monitoring infection control practices, and collaborating with leadership to drive quality improvement. You will be instrumental in creating a positive learning environment that ensures our team is always prepared to deliver the best care to our residents.
