The Staff Development Coordinator (RN) serves as a vital partner to the Director of Nursing, ensuring the nursing center operates with safe, effective care aligned with federal, state, and facility guidelines. This role is designed to cultivate a culture of continuous learning by developing education programs that respond directly to staff needs. You will guide new nursing employees through their individualized orientation periods and provide ongoing clinical appraisals to identify areas for professional growth. Beyond education, you will oversee the Employee Health Program, managing the administration and tracking of critical immunizations and health screenings for all staff members.
