About the Role
Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to lead orientation, ongoing education, and competency programs for clinical and support staff within our long-term and post-acute care community. In this resident-centered, mission-driven environment, you will serve as a vital partner in promoting clinical excellence and fostering a culture of compassion, dignity, and professional growth.
You will assess training needs, develop curricula, and deliver in-service education that ensures compliance with regulatory and quality standards. Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, you will provide hands-on clinical coaching, validate skills, and support performance improvement initiatives through targeted training interventions. Your work will directly impact the quality of care our residents receive by incorporating best practices and evidence-based guidelines into our educational content.
