About the Role
The Education Nurse Manager serves as a vital bridge between clinical operations and staff development, ensuring the organization's mission to help patients remain in their homes with independence and dignity is supported by a highly competent workforce. This role is specifically designed to elevate the quality of care for medically complex patients in the home setting, focusing on high-acuity needs such as ventilator management, tracheostomy care, and seizure disorders.
In this position, you will move beyond standard training to foster a culture of independent clinical decision-making. You will partner with nursing and operational leadership to design and implement structured onboarding programs that prepare RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and caregivers to safely manage complex cases without immediate on-site clinical support. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating CNA training programs, leading simulation-based learning to build confidence in emergency responses, and utilizing data from audits and incident reports to identify and close skill gaps. By maintaining rigorous compliance and driving continuous education, you directly contribute to patient safety and the agency's commitment to exemplary service.
