The Staff Dentist serves as a vital provider of dental services within a Patient Centered Health Home context, with a dedicated focus on expanding access to care. In this position, you will manage the full spectrum of dental needs, from diagnostic examinations and treatment planning to restorative procedures and patient education. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including ancillary health staff and medical professionals, to deliver integrated care. The role emphasizes not only clinical excellence but also the cultivation of strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring that care is delivered with courtesy, empathy, and cultural competence.
